• Deposits will be refunded, or an alternative petsitter found if for any reason the owner is not happy with the petsitter within 5 days of our notification

• Refunds will be given for cancellation in advance, subject to the following cancellation charges: £15 for a cancellation with more than 4 weeks‘ notice; 50% of the deposit with a minimum of £15 for a cancellation with 2-4 weeks‘ notice; 100% of the deposit with a minimum of £15 for a cancellation with less than 2 weeks‘ notice.

• Clients are not entitled to a refund once they are using the service.

• Refunds may occasionally be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Petsitters Alliance.
